Delighted to host the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Newroz Celebrations last night in the House of Commons.
Fantastically supported, lots in attendance including Wayne David MP and Karwan Tahir who is the High Representative from the Kurdish Regional Government to the UK.
Wonderful music performed. Karwan also read some Kurdish poetry which was very moving.
I’m always very proud to support our Kurdish friends and allies.
