On Friday afternoon, Jack visited the new Neurokinex centre in Bradley Stoke to learn about their programme that helps sufferers of spinal injuries to make progress beyond NHS targets through activity based rehabilitation.
On Saturday, Jack took a break from delivering his latest newsletter to visit Shield Road Primary School's Autumn Fair in Filton. This year the fair was being held in support of Brace Alzheimer Research, Headway Bristol and Filton Park Pre-School Playgroup.
Following his recent two half marathon fundraising efforts for CLIC Sargent, Jack gave his support to children and young people with cancer at the launch of a new group to strengthen their voice in Parliament by accepting a role as Vice-Chairman of a new All Party Parliamentary Group.
On Monday, Jack spoke in a General Debate about gypsies and travellers where he shared his thoughts on how he believes failings in provision, enforcement & oversight intensified the incidents that occurred at Forty Acres in Stoke Gifford and The Tumps in Patchway over summer
Jack met with the new West of England Mayor Tim Bowles at the Combined Authority Headquarters in Bristol to discuss how we can work together on joint projects to lobby for the best deal for our region.
