Over the August Bank Holiday, Jack spent the weekend attending some fantastic community events in the constituency. On Saturday, he began his day at the Bradley Stoke Carnival, which once again had a great parade to kick off the festivities. City of Bristol Pipes and Drums Band kindly made the trip out of the city to lead the procession along Brook Way followed by local community groups.
The day continued with a selection of musical acts keeping families entertained as everyone enjoyed the warm weather and children played on the inflatables on Jubilee Green. Profits from the day would go towards the Mayor's Charities which this year are Cardiomyopathy UK and Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service.
After the day Jack said, "Thanks must go to Bradley Stoke Mayor Andy Ward who organised another fantastic day for local families. No matter what the event is, you can count on Andy being there with Bradley Stoke Radio keeping the crowds entertained".
